Richard supports a variety of Elevate’s clients in their efforts to affect change in Washington D.C. Specifically, he focuses on matters related to multimodal transportation, infrastructure, and communications technology. Richard brings to his work a passion for public policy and administration, experience working with multiple federal agencies and departments, and subject area expertise across multiple sectors.
Prior to joining Elevate, Richard worked as Senior Research Associate at the National Academy of Public Administration. He began his career by interning in the U.S. House of Representatives for Congressman Eliot L. Engel (NY-16), and at Signal Group Consulting, where he worked with our team.
Richard holds a Bachelor of Arts in International Relations, and Anthropology, from the State University of New York College at New Paltz, from which he graduated in May 2017 cum laude. He is originally from Brooklyn, New York.
