Connor supports a variety of Elevate’s transportation, energy, and public sector clients in their efforts to affect change in Washington D.C. Specifically, he focuses on aviation, maritime transit, energy, and water resource development policy issues. Drawing on his experience in the House of Representatives and at the Department of State, Connor provides detail-oriented, metric-based outcomes for clients navigating the executive and legislative branches of government.
Prior to joining Elevate, Connor worked as an Advocacy Associate at Signal Group Consulting, in the U.S. House of Representatives for Congresswoman Robin Kelly (D-Ill.) and at the U.S. Department of State in Vienna, Austria working on Nuclear and Arms Control issues.
Connor earned his Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign.
