Kayla joined Elevate in August of 2022 and supports various clients with aviation, infrastructure, and transportation priorities.

Prior to joining Elevate, Kayla worked in the Texas House of Representatives, where she held roles of Communications Director and Legislative Staffer, overseeing social media campaigns and compiling research and analyses on a host of issues, including transportation and economic development. Additionally, Kayla has prior experience in the transportation sector, most recently working as an intern within the Texas Department of Transportation.

Kayla received her Bachelor of Art degree in Political Science from The University of Texas at Austin and is originally from Dallas, Texas.
