Eloise joined Elevate in June 2022 and supports multiple clients across the transportation, aviation and energy sectors and helps them understand the federal government and influence legislation.  

Prior to joining Elevate, Eloise worked for the Legal Counsel to the Massachusetts State Senate where she drafted research on state spending and other matters. Most recently she interned for the Research and Policy Analysis department at Forbes Tate Partners where she was tasked with compiling research memoranda and analyses on a wealth of issues including energy, transportation, and aviation.  

Originally from Massachusetts, Eloise has a bachelor’s degree in International Affairs and a Minor in French Language and Culture from the University of Colorado, Boulder.
