Elevate Government Affairs LLC is excited to announce the promotion of two team members and the addition of two new team members as part of Elevate’s continued growth. Chidiebere Nwankpa and Jack Nichols have joined the firm as Associates, and Eloise Eagan and Samantha Wells have been promoted to Manager.
New Team Members
Chidiebere “Chidi” Nwankpa: Chidi supports multiple clients across the transportation, aviation, and energy sectors. He is managing Elevate’s coverage of the 2024 Federal Election Season. Before Elevate, Chidi interned for GeoComply and clerked for the Defense & Critical Technology practice at the BGR Group, working on U.S. national security, domestic manufacturing, and foreign relations. Originally from New York, Chidi holds a master’s degree in ethics, peace, and human rights from American University and a bachelor’s degree in English with a minor in government & law from Lafayette College.
Jack Nichols: Jack supports local government, energy, infrastructure, telecommunications-focused clients, and business development pursuits. Previously, he worked as a fellow for Cogent Strategies, researching and tracking legislation on agriculture, artificial intelligence, cybersecurity, and energy. He also completed a fellowship with Monument Advocacy, providing policy support for technology and cybersecurity clients. Jack, originally from Greenville, South Carolina, holds a bachelor’s degree in political science with a minor in Spanish from Duke University.

Promotions
Samantha Wells and Eloise Eagan: Both are promoted from Senior Associates to Managers. These promotions reflect their hard work, dedication, and ability to drive client success. As Managers, they will oversee associate staff, drive collaboration across the firm, manage projects, and build out Elevate’s intern program.
